Day One

All day – Arrival, registration, getting settled and acquainted, information displays

5:00 PM – 6:45 PM – Informal dinner

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Welcome, orientation, opening plenary (2-3 speakers - suggested topic: 'Brian's Law' – What it is, and its possible impact on Ontario Survivors)

9:00 PM - ? - Informal social
 

Day Two

All day – Arrival, registration, getting settled and acquainted, information displays

8:00 AM – Breakfast *

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Panel discussion (3 speakers - subject TBA)

10:15 AM – 12:00 NOON – Morning Workshops (subjects TBA)

12:00 NOON – 1:30 PM – Lunch *

1:45 PM – 3:30 PM – Afternoon Workshops (subjects TBA)

3:45 PM – 5:30 PM – Time for regional planning/strategizing, caucuses, small group discussions, information/skills sharing

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM – dinner and evening plenary (2-3 speakers - suggested topic: Possible legal & grassroots strategies for defending our rights)

9:00 PM - ? - Social/cultural event (Possibly including a public fundraiser)

Day Three

All day – Information displays

8:00 AM – Breakfast *

9:00 AM – 11:15 AM – Closing plenary, discussions, caucus/workshop/regional reports, resolutions

11:30 AM – Lunch* followed by departure
